ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Since 3 government bodies are involved in running this scheme ,,roles and responsibilities for everybody is predefined which are as follows:
PRINCIPAL /COLLEGE AUTHORITY :
1). Issuing permission/concerned letter to CEDMAP for implementation of Computer Shiksha Yojna scheme in college premises.
2). Arrangement for the availability of computer lab and a classroom.
3). Verification of bonafide students, forwarding the admission form of students and issuing the student list of admission.
4). Arrangement for conduction and coordination of examination.
5). Forwarding assignment marks of students to CEDMAP.
UNIVERSITY : MP BHOJ OPEN UNIVERSITY
1). All the courses are affiliated by MPBOU.
2). Providing course material as per the admission list of the students.
3). Providing assignment papers and copies as per the requirement.
4). Conduction of examination by coordination with college authority.
5). Issuing mark sheets to the students.
CEDMAP :
1). Implementation of the scheme through its associate all over the State.
2). establishment of computer lab in college, outside or nearby the college with the permission of college authority.
3). Appointment of qualified faculty.
4). Conduction of the course as per the syllabus.
5). Completion of the assignment through faculty
6). Coordinating with college authority for the activity related to admission, training and examination through associates.
7). Forwarding admission and examination form to the university.
8). Coordinating with college authority and university for the successful implementation of the scheme.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SCHEME :
1). Under Computer Shiksha Yojna scheme DCA and PGDCA courses are conducted which are approved by State Government University
2). The MARKSHEET given to the students under this scheme is applicable for both government and non government jobs
3). Generally in government colleges students does not belong to sound financial background so for them we are providing this course with less fee structure.
4). Last but not the least, courses offered under this scheme is conducted with regular college studies. |
